Meditation

15 years ago various know-it-alls would have crucified you if you spoke too loudly about meditation. Thanks to some world sages and others, this has slightly changed.
Here is an “ode to meditation”, in it is condensed thinking about meditation and it addresses us about what meditation really is.

just surrender, surrender to silence
just feel, just feel everything around you and within you, so the mind becomes flexible, alert, attentive, so it expands, clears and awakens from dreaming, for in dreaming you just spin round and round and here the mind is narrowed to a few words and to some thoughts and here the whole remaining world is forgotten

just feel the silence, in which fullness dwells, so feelings awaken,
so the mind becomes lively and attentive,
for words and thoughts in it stop stealing attention

in this silence, which is quiet yet at the same time loud,
and is empty yet at the same time full, in this silence, in which joy dwells, and in which you can connect with your inner self and with the source, you can recognize who you truly are
