Zenflow Releases Tense Parts in the Body

Daily burdens tighten different parts of our body. This can manifest in internal organs or other parts of the body.

With regular Zenflow practice, at least a few minutes daily, we continuously release these tensions. The result is that we are more relaxed, we are more fluid, energy flows more easily through the body, therefore we are healthier and we feel the world more.
